Elevate Uranium Ltd has shipped its U-pgrade™ Pilot Plant to Namibia after completing construction and factory testing in Perth, Australia, marking a key step towards commercialising its uranium beneficiation technology.

The company said the plant, which has been shipped and is expected to arrive in early November, will demonstrate the scalability and efficiency of the U-pgrade™ process, designed to remove gangue waste and produce a high-grade uranium concentrate before leaching.

According to Elevate Uranium’s September 2025 quarterly report, the pilot plant will process at least 60 tonnes of uranium material to validate the process under continuous conditions.

“The U-pgrade™ Pilot Plant represents a significant de-risking milestone for our beneficiation technology and will provide critical data ahead of potential commercialisation,” the company said.

Elevate Uranium confirmed that all on-site infrastructure and pre-installation logistics are well advanced, with Senior Metallurgist Andrew Jones now based in Namibia to oversee the plant’s arrival, assembly and operation.

“The relocation of our technical leadership to Namibia highlights our commitment to advancing our projects and realising the full potential of the U-pgrade™ process,” the company stated.

The pilot facility will support ongoing testing and development to determine the economic and technical viability of the U-pgrade™ process across the company’s Namibian projects.

Meanwhile, Elevate Uranium said drilling activity has continued at the Koppies Uranium Project, particularly within the Namib IV tenement, where 253 holes totalling 7,101 metres were drilled during the quarter to test mineralisation extensions to the east and northeast of previously defined zones.

“Results from the Namib IV drilling confirm continuous mineralisation across broader areas than initially anticipated, strengthening the project’s resource potential,” the company reported.

Elevate Uranium plans to release a maiden mineral resource estimate for Namib IV in early 2026. The site, located about 10 kilometres south of the Koppies resource, is expected to expand the overall resource base and extend the potential mine life at Koppies.
